I pride myself on providing the best high quality care. All of my work is subject to external audit to give you peace of mind.

If you have any complaints or concerns about my work please speak to me directly. If you feel unable to do so or would like to speak to an independent company to escalate your concerns then please email Linda@clinicalgovernance.co.uk

REFUND POLICY

All appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund.

CONFIDENTIALITY

In some circumstances, I may record what is happening and verbalise my assessment and recommendations to you. This is so I can focus 100% on providing you and your baby with the best possible care, whilst also maintaining an accurate record of events. Afterwards, this recording will be transcribed within 48hrs and emailed to you. It will then be deleted. 

I respect your confidentiality and will not share information about you other than in the following circumstances:

• Another provider (for example a hospital or your GP) is involved in your care and I need to share information with them, for the safety and well-being of you and/or your baby.

• I have a legal requirement to share information – for example when there are safeguarding concerns.

• As part of an investigation into my practice, an external regulatory body (for example the NMC or CQC) may need to see your clinical notes.

• If you raise concerns about your care, or something untoward happens, I may share information as part of the ensuing investigation into those concerns with Clinical Governance and Support Services (CGSS) who will investigate any complaint, concern or clinical incident impartially and feedback to you. If you do not consent to this, please let me know before your appointment.

I will not sell your information to third parties. I will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. As a CQC registered practitioner, I am registered with the ICO to ensure any medical records I create, be that digital, electronic or written, are stored safely, appropriately and legally. 

I value feedback from clients to help me continually improve my services. I use CGSS to collect impartial feedback on my behalf. This gives you confidence that my excellent results are unbiased. After your appointment I will email you a confidential link to a questionnaire and the results will be analysed by CGS.
